Harrison Civils, in partnership with its sister brand the National Rivers Consortium (NRC), won the trophy for best overall trade stand at the 2026 Royal Norfolk Show, recognised for the most effective and well-laid-out exhibit at the event alongside the standard of customer service on the stand.
The Bishop of Norwich, president of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA), presented the award to the team on the morning of Wednesday 25 June, the second day of the two-day show at the Norfolk Showground.
The Royal Norfolk Show is the UK’s largest two-day county show, contributing more than £25 million to Norfolk’s economy each year. A record number of businesses exhibited this year, with more than 750 firms across the showground. Temperatures on day one passed 30°C, making it one of the hottest shows on record.
Harrison Civils and the NRC exhibited at Stand 392, Avenue 9, presenting their work to Norfolk homeowners and to developers, architects and planning professionals seeking verified nutrient credits for sites within nutrient-affected catchments.
The award recognised both the design and layout of the stand and the way the team engaged with visitors across both days. Those conversations are often the first point of contact between the two brands and the people they work with, whether that means walking a homeowner through what an upgrade entails, answering a planning consultant’s technical questions, or listening to someone’s concerns before anything else. The people on the stand were the same team who manage those relationships day to day.
